2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made through https://shop.pixelskiesastro.com by consumers and business customers. By placing an order you accept the version in force at the time of your order. Purchases are for customers aged 18 or over.
3. Where we sell
We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the other countries of the European Union. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) are not available online: please contact us for a quotation.
4. Products
Product descriptions are based on manufacturer information. Images are illustrative and accessories shown may differ. If a specification is important to you, please contact us before ordering.
5. Prices
- Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA) for consumers.
- Delivery costs are added and shown before you confirm the order.
- Large and heavy items (for example large telescopes, mounts, piers and observatory equipment) show shipping by quotation: we agree the delivery cost with you before any payment.
- If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Orders and contract
After you place an order you receive an email confirming receipt. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it. The contract can be concluded in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian or Dutch. We keep a copy of your order, which you can view in your account.
7. Delivery times
Many products are supplied to order by the manufacturer or distributor. We confirm the expected delivery time by email after your order. If we cannot meet it, we will tell you and you may cancel with a full refund.
8. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order. We dispatch once payment has been received.
9. Delivery and transport damage
Orders are delivered by courier (normally DHL Express). Please check the parcel on delivery and follow the instructions in our Returns, warranty and support policy if anything is damaged. See also Shipping and delivery.
10. Right of withdrawal, returns and warranty
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days. New products carry the 3-year legal guarantee. Full details are in our Returns, warranty and support policy.
11. Remote technical support
We offer optional remote support for setup and software problems, charged at €20 per hour + IVA in 15-minute blocks, and free when a product fault is found. Details are in the Returns, warranty and support policy.
12. Business customers
Customers buying with a business VAT number do not have the consumer right of withdrawal. Intra-EU business sales may be invoiced without Spanish VAT where the legal conditions are met.
13. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except in cases of intent, gross negligence or personal injury, and except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

15. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence and keep any protection given to them by the law of their country of residence.
