Where we deliver
We ship from our base in Castilléjar (Granada) to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the other EU countries. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), please contact us for a quotation.
Carrier
Orders are normally sent with DHL Express. You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs
- The delivery cost is calculated at checkout from the destination and the size and weight of the parcel, and shown before you confirm.
- Large and heavy items (large telescopes, mounts, piers and observatory equipment) are shipped by quotation. Contact us and we will confirm the delivery cost before any payment. Some items may travel by pallet.
Delivery times
Many products are supplied to order by the manufacturer or distributor. We confirm the expected delivery time by email after your order.
Transport insurance
If you would like additional transport insurance for high-value equipment, please contact us before ordering.
When your parcel arrives
Where possible, check the box before signing for delivery. If it is damaged or wet, refuse it or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Report damage found inside the box within 24 hours. Full details: Returns, warranty and support.
