The SW0344 rail connects compatible tube rings or an instrument assembly to a Losmandy-style saddle. Its 335 mm length provides room to position the attachment points and adjust balance along the mount’s saddle.
Construction and attachment
The green anodised aluminium rail has a flat upper surface, multiple mounting holes and a longitudinal slot. The published dimensions are 335 × 76.2 × 17 mm.
Compatibility
The 76.2 mm profile is the 3-inch Losmandy format. Match the saddle profile and the instrument’s fixing pattern before installation; a narrow Vixen saddle requires a suitable adapter.
Compatibility notes
Some titles round the length to 33 cm or 35 cm; the selected dimensional specification is 335 mm.
